Pugs need exercise, but not much. Daily walks and tug-of-war will do. Short muzzles make it hard to breathe and cool off from panting. So, avoid nonstop intense exertion.

A Dachshund doesn't look like it needs much exercise. Dachshunds are short, robust canines with floppy ears and attractive features. Their short legs and long bodies prevent them from moving swiftly.
