Five tips for studying abroad

Before you commit to studying in a different country, there are a few things you need to bear in mind.

1. Read:

 Colleges look at your academic grade, SAT score, extracurricular activity, references, and essay for international admission.

2. Solid academics

Let your kids pursue their extracurricular interests. 

3. Nurture interests

Class 9 and 10 are years of exploration, not future planning. In these years, students should discover their passions.

4. Do not hurry

All parents should be satisfied with sending their kid overseas for study given the present dollar to rupee exchange.
