We get hurt by the sun when we go hiking, spend time at the beach, explore a city, or even just go to school, work, or the market every day. 

Be it summers, monsoons or winters, staying outdoors make our skin tanned. When our bodies are exposed to the UV rays of the Sun, melanin production in our skin goes up.

1. Wash your face after 15 minutes with tomato juice. Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C, which brighten and protect the skin from sunburn.

2. Mix Aloe Vera gel, honey, and turmeric powder. After 10-15 minutes, wash your face with the paste.

3. Milk or curd, 2-3 tablespoons. Add besan, rosewater, and turmeric. After 15-20 minutes, wash off the paste. It nourishes and brightens skin.

4. Add milk/curd/water to Multani Mitti. Add turmeric and lemon. Face and neck paste. After drying, wash it with lukewarm water. Fresh, oil-free skin.

5. Lemon juice, honey, and milk powder produce a paste. After 30 minutes, rinse with cold water.

6. Potatoes help tanned skin. You can slice, juice, or peel a potato. Make potato-lemon juice. After 10 minutes, cleanse your tanned skin.
